I fell in love with the guitar when I was 10, and have stayed in love ever since. I'm a self-taught musician who grew up playing mostly blues music and my favorite rock songs, and have played with punk bands, post-rock bands, cover groups, and accompanied vocalists. I've written songs for and been featured on a number of releases, and I've played hundreds of gigs in all sorts of venues, from dance halls to basement punk shows

With 8 years of teaching experience and 16 years of playing experience across a variety of genres, I offer individually-tailored electric or acoustic guitar lessons for players of any level

I'm happy to work with students to improve in the areas most important to them, whether that is simple lessons on chord-shapes, scales, and strumming, mastering advanced playing techniques, or learning to play their favorite songs

 

I started teaching students in 2017, and I love introducing people to this wonderful instrument and helping them reach their goals
